I just got a bag about a month ago and today the strap broke. The black clips at each end snapped off at the 2 little small ends. Is there any way I replace it?

What manufacturer? Try to get a warranty replacement.

Not really. It's normally not worth the fix. I suggest finding the right size for yourself and fastening it permanently. You could tie it off but I personally find that any money you spend will be a waste.

You could try using carabiners from mountain climbing stores - just removed the broken plastic clips and its counterparts, and replace them with a carabiner.

Well I can't upload one right now since my memory chip is at a friend's house but basically the black clips connecting the bag and strip broke in half.
