Can someone tell me what's the maximum tension an Arc 10 can have without breaking? Currently BG-70 Pro strings at 23 pounds

with a good stringer, anything under 28lbs I would say is no problem provided that the player does not mishit a lot and is careful not to clash with other rackets

Kekek... I feel that ARC10 has a lower tension limit between 24 and 28lbs. I tried the racket at both tensions (owned the latter for a while). At 24lbs, it felt like any other racket and is fairly sluggish. At 28lbs, it really comes alive.

Btw, the frame is quite tough so I reckon it can go quite a bit higher.

Hi, I hv 2 Arc 10. One is SP coded and another is TH coded. Both are genuine Yonex rackets.

At the moment, I only hv the SP coded racket strung at 28 lbs. I would like to know whether or not it is ok to hv TH coded racket strung with the same tension. If not, please let me know the reason. Thanks !

Umm...why would it not be okay? Only thing I can think of is unless one has a crack or it was clashed etc. Otherwise, they will be fine.

    Hi,

My perception of TH coded racket is that it may be inferior in quality even though it is of the same model as the SP coded.

Please tell me if that is the case. Thanks !
