Replacement rumor is it true or its going to be another Bintang-5?
Based on current crowd's(open gym + trainings) at all Bintang's they will need Bintang5. Sunnyvale/Campbell's are very crowded. Hopefully with Bintang-5 coming up it will ease up the crowd and we all can spend more time on court than waiting at mercy of the QUEUE SYSTEMS!!

I agree with the Northern Bay Area suggestion.
Since the Santa Rosa Asian population has increased dramatically over these past 4 years. Also, I have quite a few colleagues who played in their badminton teams in Petaluma high schools. Yes, all of those of my colleagues are white/Caucasians and they enjoyed playing badminton!
There is a Santa Rosa badminton team that plays once a week, in a high school community open gym. If anyone remembers, they had a club match with the old GGBC team.
Heres their website: http://www.worldbadminton.com/srbc/

35,930 sq ft means approximately 20 courts depending on density and layout pattern.

i do hope that it will be fewer courts with more space than more courts all cramped together. with the increasing number of club so close together now, the quality of service is more important than quantity. i really like the Bintang Campbell layout as it provides a lot of sitting space right next to the court, friends can hang out and chat instead of all sardined together into one sitting area.

good to see another Bintang Club coming across at Milpitas.. now with one more club in this area is going to reduce the over-crowding of badminton courts and lay grounds for future growth...
Anxiously waiting for the opening day..
