for those towel user out there, you should give a try with white colored synethetic grip. The one that i had tried is yonex grap. I don't know about white grip from other brands.

Here is my 2 cents worth...
Favourite grip of all time...Gripsy original, not sure if anyone knows if it is still available, it isn't here in Canada, not anywhere that I know of. Haven't seen it in 10+ years.
Tried lots of grips, favourite right now is Karakal Peachy in any colour or Klipper overgrips in white only. Even stretched out, it feels soft and spongy.

I've been using Prince Dera-perf for a couple years now. I sweat a terrible amount and I've found this to be the best grip that retains it's stickiness. When I can't get it ( it seems to be harder and harder to find) I use dura-tread, but I find the stickyness of the surface wears down faster.

PArdon my ignorance but I have afew questions that my friends and I are arguing about with regards to the grip:
- Over grip and re-grip are 2 different product designed to be used differently?
- never remove the original grip that came with the racket, always wrap over it?
- remove the orignal grip, then apply new grip over the wooden handle
- Over grip are thin, re-grip are thick like tower grips

Recently, my friend told me that tennis grip on a badminton racket is usually better than badminton grip because it is designed to grip better when u sweat.. any comments?

grips.
Everyone wins. No hard and fast rules about the grip. As long as you like it, enjoy it! Many styles and colours comes with it.

however, a badminton grip also serves its function well if u r in tropical countries and playing under hot and humid conditions.
all in all, u got to try out different grips for different purposes to come up with a conclusion for yourself.
there are good grips, so-so grips, and lousy grips.

I personally like Yonex's Super Graps over the stock grip.

From a local tennis shop, they have both of them. They are mostly the same thing, just under different product numbers. However, I saw some really old super grap A-440. Those even have yonex embossment on them.

i wonder why they bothered changing the product numbers.
