running rounds in the stadium track was great! but doing the other workouts on the grass patch wasn't that good, we brought all the mud and sand into our courts making it very slippery for a newbie like me to practise the footwork when you feed shuttles.
p.s when i saw you smash hard with the squash racquet, got shocked!! sounds like a rocket hahahahaha

Actually, the solution to that is very simple. Just bring an extra track shoes for your physical purposes. If using too much of the court shoes in the track will wear out the soles and friction of it thus when you move around in the court , you will find it very slippery.

Mud on soles
He's trying to say that after doing the physical activities, the mud got trapped onto the soles of the shoes and when we went back to the hall, the mud made the soles very slippery. But yes, bringing track shoes to do the activities like running will help as badminton shoes' soles will wear out if we run too much, or the shoe will tear. The changing of shoes might take up some time though

I suggest we bring a pair of running shoes next time in case we need to run the track.

Hello my friends,
There will be no track running this week. We will only go track once a while. The reason we brought you all on track was to brief you the important of physical to the sport and hope that you will implement it at daily lifestyle. We might bring you all to track again in the near future but we will inform you in advance before that. All the best and have a nice day ahead.
