Hey I sometimes get this random wrist pain whenever I play. (Not every time) It hurts like a bi*** and I am seriously starting to get mad. I 'm also somewhat scared I'm sure it's not that bad but I don't want to wear it to much. Could this be because of bad hitting technique?

    Probably improper technique.

Post up a video on youtube of you clearing, smashing, etc. and we'll be able to help you better.

Yes,Sports Injury can be prevented. For me,the gereral idea of warm-up is when you see the sweat starts beading up on your forehaed which means over all of your body temprature has risen one degree Celsius. Then you`re ready for stretch and then the dills or games. It doesn`t matter what you do for warm-up,jogging,rope jumping, etc.Sitting in the sauna and a steam room won`t help the circulation. For people who are not familiar with the climate where you play, put on your vest or some more clothes and fxxk the regulations.A game is not worth to get injured.
