Not in Malaysia where we have sort of reverted to an anti-establishment style since the retirement of our version of the iron fist almost a decade ago .... Just not as extreme as the Red Shirts in Bangkok.

regarding the tournament, i am still thinking of the format, as for prize, i need BC to sponsor as i might end up spending my $$ to book the courts, birds, satays first.....so I need contributions...

as for the car drivers, dont worry as I already start working with local BCers thru PM to ask for their kind help to standby their cars for pick-up...

as for those going to the gathering, we can ask those going to Uber Cup to send you or any oversea members to Bukit Jalil...

Ever watch the movie "Zulu"? An oldish British movie. The British forces, even though they had guns, were eventually overwhelmed by the sheer number of Zulu warriors. I fear that will be our fate, haha

I honestly think if everyone participating–local or not–chips in a little, things will take care of themselves. We needn't to put the burden on our MAS BC members to sponsor the gathering.
