Long story short, my coach decided to put me as singles (removing me from mixed doubles) and I have next to no experience! This week is a break for me, giving me time to go to the gym and practice. Although I don't really know what to practice. I'm okay all-around, I just to work on my footwork to get behind the shuttle. And that shouldn't really be hard as I'm 6' tall (just turned 15) and all my competition is relatively slow. But the point being, I NEED SOME TIPS TO PRACTICE PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING (just my priority being footwork, and much lesser so stamina. I have plenty of that from the other sports I play). By the way, I generally play a net game rather than a long game if that helps.
