okay so i have this MP 23 that i bought in i think 2006 n got it restrung only once in 2008 :) yee its old but the strings recently snapped about a month ago, i was planning to buy BG 85 High Hitting Sound strings to string it to my racquet, i dont know much about racquet stringing tensions and stuff like that. The racquet says 18-23lbs, so what should i string the racquet tension to? The quality of the racquet i would have to say is 7.5/10 because the paint is wornoff but there are no physical damage to the racquet, its just old. So if someone can kindly help me out, that would really be appreciated.

What should i string the MP 23 Tension to?
Is the BG 85 a good string to use for my MP 23?

overall, stringer should be able to feel the strength of the frame, and tell what's the rough tension it can take.

I have strung this kind of rackets to 28 lbs.

well, BG66 at 25 lbs feels like about 27-28 lbs with BG-65.
