I was playing badminton for a few hours yesterday (well, one hour, an hour break, swam for ~ an hour, and played badminton for another hour). When I got home my knees just hurt.

I'm pretty sure it's something I'm doing wrong with my technique. Anyone know what I could be doing wrong? (I'm guessing my lunging) How do I fix it?
