    how long does it usually take for rackets to be restrung in hong kong?
    also is Emmy open on sundays?

    Step 1) Ask them to do it quickly
    Step 2) go walking around Mong Kok - computer centre, AV equipment shops
    Step 3) have a bite to eat
    Step 4) pick up your racquet an hour later.

    Yes, HK culture is that most shops are open on Sunday. A shop that is closed during the daytime(esp in Mong Kok) is not earning any revenue.
