buying a new racket

Hello all~
this is my first post, but i have always looked around this forum to see whats going on~...

so anyways..
i was just wondering if anyone knows where i can buy a pink badminton racket that is farily decent.... i saw some gosen ones online and i was wondering if anyone carries it in richmond/vancouver... also does anyone know if the pink one at richmondpro is any good?? this is for my girlfriend and she really wants a pink one...

any help would be great... thanks in advanced

you can try Yonex ArcSaber 9, but a bit expensive....

Has she taken a look at the Winex Cool 309 at RichmondPro? Suggest that she do that and try a few swings with it to see if it even feel right. It is based on Winex's Double-Ring technology where basically the frame has two rings around the frame to help reinforce it (less distortion on hits).

Racket itself is composed of Ultra Hi-modulus carbon graphite and I believed that the 309 is head light.

Not knowing what kind of player your g/f, it is pretty difficult to recommend a suitable racket. Rule of thumb has been:
- Head light for front doubles player;
- Balanced for all-around player;
- Head heavy for back doubles player (for smashes).
