Should I wear Knee support?
I play badminton at least 3x a week, I mostly play about 4x a week. Tues, Friday, Sat and Sun. Sometimes after I play, my knee hurts should I get some knee support when I play?

Make sure you're wearing good badminton shoes if you're playing that much.
Any previous knee injuries? Also how old are you?

I'm wearing Yonex SHB 101, I don't have any knee injuries but had this before when I was playing tennis and basketball. I'm 17.

OK, so where does it hurt: sides of the joint lines, front, kneecap above/below, etc.
Worse with squat, bend, jump etc?

only hurt when I walk, not sure where pain is coming from. I usually just ingore pain when I get injured and contiune playing :S. I think it;s like in around the front and sides.

hmmm, you should go see you doctor and see what he says
maybe just overuse, or malaligned biomechanics (you're still growing, flat feet, etc) ... just wanna make sure you're not missing anything more serious

I had a similar thing a couple of years ago all it turned out to be was i was growing faster than my muscles could stretch. Apart from seeing a physio and/or doctor is doing so basic leg stretches every night for about 2-3 weeks to help the muscles to stretch.

could be what i had about the same age basically i did a lot of exercise then cut back for a while which allowed my tendons and ligaments to losen in my knees which meant they occasionally pinched or moved and caused a sharp pain and dull aches, it was diagnosed because the doctor and the physio could pull out my lower leg from the knee socket by like 1 cm :P so all i have to do is leg exercises.
annoyingly as i just spent 4 weeks with no exercise it looks like its back.
should be the first thing a doctor/physio checks so go see one

Same as noppy I used to swim alot and then stoppped thats when it happened to me. Also when i dont do exercise in a while it gets really bad

Here is some unusual advice about not seeing a doctor for all sports injuries, viz www.nytimes.com/2010/04/01/fashion/01best.html.
Personally I tend to agree. I have also never seen a doctor, except once for a head concussion and many stitches on a badly lacerated forehead in a head-to-head clash in a soccer match many decades ago, for the many sports injuries I have sustained in sports.

if the injury after training I would suggest to wear patella strap.
it works great to reduce strain on your patella

I used to have knee support / brace, but I never wear any of them anymore, after receive some advice from expert. She mentioned that all the support basically do help, but also "fool" us to let us believe our joints / muscles, etc can hold longer, when they are actually tired out. She suggested me to be honest to myself, if I really fit the uncomfortness, I should stop and take a rest.
Regular Exercise and better care of your body, is much better than use whatever gears or medicine to "hold on for another game".

You could wear the Knee Support to have a try , since your knee is pained, you'd better neoprene Knee Support with a hole. The item could help to protect knee, reduce the pain caused by muscle injury, reduce the hurts caused by friction and collision.

Sometimes I feel some pain in my knees, too, and taping is just the best for me. Just some standard athletic tape (not flexible) just below the kneecap and I'm good to go. Really easy to do, as well. For anything lasting longer than a few hours, kinesiotape helps speeding up the healing, but opinions are split on that, so ask your doctor and try it out yourself
