How to clear my mind
not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question,
but today during training, I just couldn't focus.
In may, I am supposed to chose between options on furthuring my studies so this has been troubling me.
So during game time, I just couldn't focus. How do I clear my mind of problems and focus on the game?
Any advice is appreciated, tq.

Don't worry too much about it.
This happens to all of us, and you stated you were troubled about your future studies, so that's to be expected. In the grand scheme of life, your future studies would be more important than a mere training game in badminton.

think only one thing at the time. during game you should only think how to win and nothing else.
if possible go somewhere little far just for fun and forget everything serious. maybe after a break youll know somehow what you want.
life is not fair, lets get used to it

To clear your mind, stop worrying about clearing your mind.

thanks Visor, although it's hard for a badminton fanatic like me to admit it, my studies are more important.
But in case, if it was other problems other than this one. Any advice on clearing my mind?
Thanks fuyu, and lol nice one addict. Will try them both
