Hi all, My partner and I are moving to London in a few weeks time and we are very keen badminton players. We are looking to continue playing competitively in a league if it is possible. Do you know if there are any clubs near to my place that participate in leagues? (Preferably levels and mixed as well) I have tried searching on Badminton England website but it's not very helpful. If there are no competitive leagues around that area - does anyone know of a club that is sociable and would accept us? I have heard about Bacon's College. Does anyone have a contact number for that club? Thanks for your help.
Bacons College on Tuesday and Wednesday, starts at 7.30pm (maybe 8pm), no need to book, just show up, cost £5 I think, two hours or longer if not kick out. Mostly Chinese players. Wednesday's level is quite high, so I've heard, go and see if you like it. There's also a Friday but level is quite low. also a Thursday but thats members only.
