Hey everyone, jsut wondering if there are any table tennis players on BC. So if you are one. Share what style you play(shakehand or penhold), blade, and rubbers!

    Style: Penhold
    Blade - DHS Hurricane King
Front Rubber - JOOLA Energy Green Power (Red)
Back Rubber - Banda Sigma (Black) Love this rubber. Go tension rubbers!

When I play in games I usually attack on serves :). I play games with mostly spiny returns and loops. With the forehand when I can't do anything. My backhands only come up when ball is on my left side, My backhands are more powerful and deadly. :p

    I play TT:

    Style - shakehand
Blade - BTY Gergely 21 ST (FL is acceptable and AN is a no-no for me)
    Front R - BTY Tenergy 05 (2.1 Red)
    Back R - BTY Sriver G3 (2.1 Black)

Of note, the Tenergy side feels heavier than the Sriver side:(.

Better spinny backhands than loopy forehands. That is however the reverse situation if I change to my Bty Kong Lunghui blade.

On my Kong Linghui are Stiga Almana 2.1 (Black) and Bty Bryce 2.1 (Red). On occasion, I'll pull out my Bty Iolite but they are used rarely (with Stiga Carbo MC 2.0 Black and Stiga Magna 2.0 Red)

Jun Mizutani and Timo Boll ZLC are the blades I am keen on getting my hands at:D.

Also, use my trusty old Sunflex paddles:cool:. Would love to try the XIOMs and MIZUNO World Champion:). Sort of held my mate's JOOLAs and TIBHARs fleetingly, can't really say I remember much about its playing characteristics:eek:.

Got a Stiga Titanium original (non WRBs) too, pure speed I can't handle it, plus it's head heavy.

    So there you go.

    I also have a 2nd paddle.
    Penhold.
    Blade - DHS Hurricane
Front Rubber - Banda Helix (Red)
Back Rubber - Banda Sigma (Black)

    My other spare.
    Penhold.
Blade - DHS (I forget model but it;s an old one, but its fast.)
Front Rubber - 729 Friendship Super Cross Series (Red)
Back Rubber - 729 Friendship Super Cross Series (Black)

This one is very fast and VERY tacky. Really nice for Looping and hooking, but I'm not consisent enough for this yet. It's also pretty head heavy. It's also pretty fast.

I can also play shakehand, with shakehand I can loop and hook.

i also play table tennis, but i dont have a customized racket for myself. I just play as a hobby although i played for quite a while.
I use the chinese penhold grip, and enjoy spinning. usually side spin and top spin.

    Main:
    Style: Shakehand
Blade - Butterfly (Petr) Korbel (ST)
Front Rubber - DHS Hurricane 3
Back Rubber - Yasaka Mark V

    Spare:
Style: Japanese Penhold (I don't play pen-hold so I never use this)
    Blade - Yasaka Swift S
Front Rubber - DHS Hurricane 3 (black, not supposed to be.. but whatever)
Back Rubber - Butterfly.. JUST KIDDING >_>

    Broken:
    Style: Shakehand
Blade - An old DHS blade I got from my friend. Straight handle. (I don't know the model, because I can't read Chinese).. used to be really fast until it broke. Heavy too.
Front Rubber - DHS Hurricane 3
Back Rubber - Friendship 729 Super FX

I bought myself a Yasaka Ma Lin Carbon blade and two Nittaku Hammond rubbers, but I ended up selling them to some desperate people.
