My teammates quotes that i am stupid going all out for all shots...
Do you think they are correct?
i basically play at my peak speed for all shots..
Thus, i am unable to mantain my peak speed for the 2nd game.
However, whenever after i am recharged during rallies,
i will spring out and attack..
Do u think there is something wrong with my style of play?

lol stupid is a mean word but i do think you can vary your speed - not only does that mess up the rythm of your opponent(s), it makes your playing style much less predictable (e.g. Lin Dan who suddenly injects pace into his game). needless to say you can conserve more energy for longer rallies/games :)

    thanks for advice:)
i think lin dan style of play dont suit me as he can think when he suddenly increase his speed.
My mind goes blank when i increase my speed...
I think i'll train in this perspective and increase my stamina

    Enquiry:
slow moderated jogging = increase overall stamina in game
fast skipping/sprints=ability to increase speed and overall speed in game

    are these assumptions correct?

no, slow jogging wont really help your badminton stamina at all.

you need to do repeated walk/jog/sprint exercise and similar (HIIT training) for badminton stamina
