    Hi all,

Just watched Alam' match against Choi of TWN at Vietnam IC. At a glance, his reflexes was very good, agile, although not too powerful of smash.
From PBSI website, his profile is:
    Date of Birth : 07 Jul 1986
Club : Harapan Jaya Jakarta, East Jakarta
But PBSI had wrongly write his last result from Sirnas V Riau :(
Can anyone tell me more about him? How come he's not at major club? Why he is no longer at Pelatnas? Seems he didn't compete very often. How is he compared to Tommy Sugiarto, Andre KT?

Alamsyah BWF ranking is now #23 (before India IC title).
Ranking wise, he is INA #3 MS now.
Also, Alamsyah is Taufik Hidayat daily training partner, but his style is more a rally kind of player considering his physical size.
I think, both Alam and Taufik need more partner with style of let say speedy CJ, and attackers like BCL.

    .
Wait for Alamsyah to play against his good friend, Taufik (if they get to face each other), at the Semi-Finals in this 2011 Malaysia Open SS. I would be sure that their match would last much longer than 1 hour. :D:D:D

Again, to bring thread of my fave player in term of spirit. Alam won MAS GPG 2013.
A 164 cm player of height defeated Goh Soon Huat of 179 cm.
Trailing all the way in decider, 14-18 then turn the table back into his 21-19 winning.

Is there a chance he can be called back to Pelatnas just in time to sub Sonny Dwi Kuncoro in this month's Sudirman Cup?

He should be called to join Pelatnas as sparring partner to all the young MS now.
