Where have group players for beginners

hey dear all,
im move to jakarta soon, and i really wanna improve my badminton skills.

what i need is place to play, this should not be a problem,,,, but player, im just a beginners, and i dont wanna always play with a skillful, u know what i mean

is there any group for beginners like me. since we are almost on same level, we would be feel more comfortable during play.also comfortable to partner....
