places to play

    gonna be in hk from the 9th june till mid july and was wondering if someone could kindly suggest a place in the new territory side to play a bit of badders.

    oh ok cool, well i live in yuen long. but im going to meet another couple of BCers for some games.....

    well apparently there will be some games mon, weds, sat 10am til 12. or thursday 3pm-5pm.

    not sure exactly what location tho. il let u know!

    yeh with taneepak.

    hey man have faith u play in satellites and orbitals. you shud be able to hold your own against most players. iv played against england players and been able to at least hold a rally. so it will be at the very least a good experience!

    Definately... my lungs could probably hold a rally or two ;) lol... but experience counts for alot... im not trying to down play myself.. but be realistic ;)

    Just to remind you that I am long past my badminton days: my last badminton title was way back in 1957. We play doubles only here, and even that I feel my side of the court is too big for me at my age.
    BTW, I don't play competitive badminton anymore and have stopped playing it 5 decades ago.
    But, don't worry, I will see if I can test you young thoroughbreds out.

    im in hong kong now!! woop woop! up for a game with any other fellow BCers.
    didnt bring rackets so looking to spend around 4-500 dollars for a racket. my friend will be looking or the same.

    well my luggage bag wasnt big enuf......but its ok, just spent lik 600dollars on a jpsee racket in roses with looks quite nice. sponsored by Apacs now so have to use Apacs when i am home neway.
