An athlete's success is attributed to the individual him/herself or the coach?

    Wonder if a world class top sportsman/woman's success must to attributed to the individual him/herself or the coach?

    One may say an individual must have that innate ability first, coupled with passion and dedication.

    Some would credit the coaches for molding a prospect into a success.

    Others will always say it is both ways.

    10% to the coaches:rolleyes:, the rest and all (successes and failures) is credited to the individual:).
