broken raket

    i had facing problem to claim a raket thru sunrise sport sdn bhd KL. Actually i would like to ask how long it will take to process the claim/replacement, but the lady from sunrise spoke like she is the customer. This is the way their attend customer? i'm buy this not stolen it? Poor services!!:mad::mad::mad:
    Could any one help me!

    First of all, how did the racket break? If its from a clash, chances are you won't get a replacement. I think its better you tell us more info so we can help. These include string tension, when it was bought etc. or even better yet, post up a picture.

    actually i just change my string. the shop mention 25+-2lbs string tension. my raket never have any clash & no scratches at all. i'm using yonex 21sp. this is my fav. raket & never encounter like this b4. i think bought more that 10 raket a long my life. if broken due to clash it should never mention this. i don't know why it happen suddenly? here is my broken raket

    The problem is he's too close and it focuses on the object behind, better off to move back a bit and use zoom.

    As for the broken racket, if it was right after the string job (which is above the recommended tension) then maybe it was due to the stringing?
