I Will be going to Taichung Taiwan for A year, And would like to know if there are any Legit Badminton Clubs there where I can go for training and coaching wile I'm there.

I'm from Taichung but currently overseas,

dont have much info to offer you but as far as i know there are only 4 badminton stadiums in taichung and each of them are private owned by people that love baddie so go visit and talk to them will be a great help on getting more infos that you need.
