My friend couldn't make it yesterday so I was the beneficiary of his great seat, right behind the players. Some photos to share: Shots from outside the hall. 1. Yonex booth 2. Li Ning booth 3. Victor booth 4. TBH record smash record breaking poster by Yonex 5. Certificate he was holding
Shots from inside. 6. Overall view of the courts 7. Sony 8. Taufik 9. Taufik in action 10. Markis/Hendra in action
16. Peter Gade getting ready for his game 17. I can't recall this Chinese double player's name 18. Denmark players. 19. South African players 20. Korean vs S. Africa first singles 21. Zhang Ling
It was a numbered seat. But because not many people in the first day, I get to move around pretty much any place I want
You may be right. He had just came off winning the first singles, probably trying to tell all his fans
ah I see... yeah dats 1 advantage of lesser people, getting to move around pretty much... nice pics mate, keep it up!
More photos. Too bad I don't have fast lenses to capture the action. So there is no much shots of players playing. 22. Malaysian coach Rashid Sidek 23. Korean doubles player 24. Peter Gade talking to coach 25. Peter Gade talking to coach 26. Peter Gade playing first singles 27. All cameras zooming in the action
It's good to see Peter Gade out of that horrible white and gold half singlet. Doesn't suit anyone in my opinion! The red and white shirt looks far more classy (keep it simple).
28. Danes first doubles 29. Damark vs Poland first doubles 30. Chinese doubles 31. Peter Gade being interviewed 32. Korean second singles More to come..
shooting at f/2.8, how much faster lens do you require? now, keep updating this thread with more photos. how about day 2 & 3?
