Im looking for....a powerful and head heavy racket and good at meneuvering(singles) and my previous racket was just an old ti-6 with lead tape
from what I hear Li Ning are not really worth the price tag if your willing to shell out £160 then fair do's I personally would go for the AT900P as its cheaper and I think will be quite similar to your old ti 6
To be fair though, he isn't the only one - I don't think I've seen a negative review of it yet. It also ranks high on the list of rackets that I haven't tried but really want to.
yes cause it is powerful headheavy, and easy to manuever, and unlike the N90 It doesn't cost an excessive amount of money. I am getting my second one soon
I would recomend you try it sometime, it's very good, and doesn't have an outragous price tag like those Li Ning rackets
Yeah, the SW35 kinda delivered as LD_rules! says. Btw, LD, got a slightly used SW35 3uG4 from an acquaintance (who's got RSLs as his primary racquet) at 80 quids just two days ago, awesome but need more court time to evaluate it thoroughly (only had 3 hours). Of course, the price hastened my decision making too (it's like new anyways). I'll probably get another brandnew one if it trumps my Woven 9 by a country mile!
I really want to try one but the nearest badminton store is in Rapid Repairz in Glasgow or the same in North Berwick unfortunately neither stock Victor rackets
yes you are right neither stock Victor rackets only Yonex and Ashaway and a few karakal. (funnily I just came back from the shop in Glasgow about an hour ago) anyway, you can get them here www.victor-sport.co.uk
I have never tried the Woven 9 or any SOTX racket for that matter so I won't be able to tell you if it will beat it, but it beats everything I have ever tried.
I think you should definitely have a crack at it (victor Super Inside Waves) if you can lay hands on one, then decide. Li Nings are not cost effective, I agree with forumers here (although, it may well be that good as it is, N90s or N55s but the price might be prohibitive for some if not all). Good luck!
which superwave? SW35 is head heavy bomber. SW33 (C/P) is very very maneuverable yet enough to deliver bombs (33C has more flex than 33P). The SW series also has very tough frames. Personally, I would take the SW33P over the AT900P any day. The price difference (S$250 vs S$160) just seals the deal for the victor. Never tried the SW35 but from the reviews it got, it's brilliant too.
SW35, wins hands down, every time against the AT900p, SW35, is more powerful, more manueverable, better control, just better all round. So IMO, SW35 is much better than AT900p and its cheaper as well.
So, when did this alleged testing of the AT900P take place? Isn't TI-6 headheavy, medium flex or so? Sounds like you need a Panda Power Genesis
