Blindaim, those are great graphics. You are a fount of information!

    But Popeye as role model?
Proximal weakness, calf/forearm hypertrophy, dysphonia, facial palsy, emotionally labile. I can't begin to fathom what his mother was toking when she was pregnant with him! (Maybe some lead in those cans of spinach?)

    Hi,
I also have elbow problem. I'm sure it's not tennis elbow or golfer's arm. I can't touch my shoulder w/ my fingers, there is about 3 cm distance & my arm stuck. It happened after I was playing badminton, lower arm & inner elbow felt sore. I sat on chair beside a dining table, put my elbow on the table, I couldn't put my lower arm flat (horizontally) on the table.
Is there an exercise to cure this problem? Thanks

Blindaim, actually I can't strech my arm straight, but doing stretching like picture no. 8, makes me feel better. 2 muscles that were stiff & hard like a rock, become softer. I'll try all those stretching techniques.
    Thank you very much.

slowly stretch day by day u will feel better by lengthening your biceps.
after u fully recover , pls strengthen your biceps using the dumbell.
    (pic shown above).

Should I stop playing badminton for a while? Usually, I play twice a week (tuesday & friday), but now I play only on tuesday.

take a 7 days break , stretch everyday
after 7 day, strengthen with a dumbell+stretch everyday.
Start playing after 14th day with a well built muscle.
