I have tried it but it doesn't work.

In our previous software, I can find out when was the last time a BCer has played at CCC Badminton (that is when he/she has posted at BC, to book in to play at CCC). Now it's difficult to find out.

OK ctjcad, you are known as a great detective at BC.

See if you can find out when the last time mojopin played at CCC. And explain how you go about doing it.

It's not slow at all, the only times it is slow is when simultaneous loading of photographs (loading videos is more localized than network intensive, quite the opposite of photography loading and display!) takes place (with multiple users accessing the same page), such as Badminton Photography.

Not to step on toes, but badminton photos are directly relevant while some are not so...

Thus, perhaps trimming the fats and variety meats while leaving the pork/beef remains intact can alleviate network time-sharing issue?

More current alternatives can always be added to freshen up the content!

    Just a suggestion.

photos are in small size, shall not be the loading problem.
you need to consider where are members located. here, having 2mb line is a luxury. having 4mb is super luxury. furthermore, i am located the other side of world to BC server.

well, hopefully it's already a non-issue..i hate it when it comes back and you encounter it, *every* time, again...
btw, what do you mean by every time? do you mean every time you logged into BC?..or once every day?..
In pictures ... 1 out of 2 today (first capture after 5 seconds or so, second after I came back a couple of minutes later but probably failed to load after 20 secs). I would still say close to at least once a day depending on how much I visit, which could be a couple of times a day to a couple of times a week only (and I'm not on wifi). But a quick f5 is all it takes ...

demolidor, dude, sorry to see that...looks like connection issue..i've never had that occur every day (honest to goodness) or whenever i logged in, although an occasional lag or delay but never seen the "The connection has timed out" msg *every* time..wifi or landline..
How about trying to use IE??..i also hardly use FF..

    dear chris-ccc,
please follow the links below. See if those'll help you:
    http://www.badmintoncentral.com/foru...?22734-mojopin (last activity on June 02, 2010)
    http://www.badmintoncentral.com/foru...earchid=370840 (last post on March 11, 2010)
    http://www.badmintoncentral.com/foru...earchid=370885 (last post on August 04, 2008)

I had to use the Advanced Search feature and clicked on the left tab (Search Single Content Type) to find his only post for your club's sub-forum.

Btw, yes, for some reason, the feature to find post(s) of a member in a specific thread, by clicking on the Replies link, is not working like before. Before, we could just click on the Replies link and the individual post(s) of a specific member would show up. I brought this up in another post 2 pages (and showed a couple of pics>see post #145).
