    Default High Tension = Fragile Raquet

    Just not long ago a friend of mine broke 2 Arcsaber series racquet because he has extremely high tension like 26lbs-28lbs. He has his Arc 10 (4 Knots) horizontal is 28lbs and vertical 26lbs. And broke immediately the moment it went contact with a smash.

    Another racquet he broke is the popular Arcsaber Z-Slash again its 4 knots and this time its the same 26lbs by 28lbs. It broke even faster than the Arc 10 it lasted only about like 3 months? and his Arc 10 for about a year or more.

    If anyone has broken racquet in the past or recently, care to share the tension of the string and the racquet and how it was broken via;
    Hitting the ground, Racquet Clash, Smashing etc.

    Racquets (the thin frames especially) are generally easier to break due to large stress from "unintended" impact. In your friend's case it seems he broke them because of smashing mishits.

    The point where he breaks his racquets are at holes A5-A7 where the tie-off bit is usually.
