    i am totally clueless.

    i want power than control.

also, i would want a string that can give such power...on a clonex mp77.

i can sacrifice on the durability of the gut.

where is the best bang for the buck place to have a re-gut?

    thanks

yes! go to the World Kalalal Badminton shop along Katipunan St. in front of St. Ignatius village. Look for Eric (tel# 421-3235). He's the preferred stringer of the former Philippine team members who play in Club Filipino. They also have a very nice Yonex Badminton stringing machine.

    IMHO stick with BG-65 :D

Hi, be careful tho in stringing cloned rackets at high tensions. World Kalakal is good. There is another place in Megamall, the mizuno shop (2nd floor) they can string up to 30 lbs. !! I have seen rackets of the chinese coach in Valle at that tension. Man! they are tight!!!! I string my MP90JP at 26 lbs. with BG65 and BG85

Kalakal will string your racket afor P60 ... our friends in other countries might to "shocked" to know how cheap it is to string a racket here . ;) thats roughly US$1.20 guys..... Mizuno also charges the same rate ... Kalakal have genuine Yonex strings but expensive, around P300 for BG65 (I think) and P400 for BG80. They do not have any Ti strings.
    FYI

    Hi VJMD,

I think they would. But I dont know if they will string it higher than 22lbs. They might ask you to sign a waiver in case you want to string it higher than that.

I think so. You can call them at 421-3235. They charge 75 pesos if you supply your own string and 60 pesos if you get the string from them. I think they would. I prefer them over Mizuno in Megamall since their stringing machine is a lot nicer. They have a 4 point Yonex stringing machine (meaning the racquet is supported on 4 points of the head instead of just 2).

    Good luck. :) :D

    hmmmm.....

    if there are clonex racquets...

are there also clonex strings in existence?

how would one discern a real one from a fake?

also...if your strings are still intact...when do you think should you have them changed...despite the fact that they are not blown out or anything.

Yup sure there are fake strings around. The only best indicator is the price. Fake strings are prob a third or even less than the price of the genuine. Ex. the price of BG65ti is around P370 and fakes could be P200 or less. I usually see fake BG80s around  Another way to tell is look closely at the markings of the packaging. They are not as fine and clear as the genuine.

where do u get the clonexes you are selling?

are they subcontractors of yonex who slip units without the permission of yonex..thus no serial numbers or they totally just copy yonex models?

i have an mp77 clonex that i got from the indian owner of that sport store in virra mall...now that i know the real prices...based on your price...i got duped with it by paying 2700 for it last year.

one obvious diff from the real MP are the grommets...the real ones have those shock absorber extensions. and of course the serials.

but if the workmanship is good, i might buy one from you...a gift for myself on my birthday.

what models do you carry? just mp series?

Actually I am not selling rackets. However, I have a couple of friends who do. They have MP99s (P8,000) , Ti10s (P8,500) , MP100 (P7,000) - all genuine and sp versions. I can refer you to them if you like.

I will be in Japan in the next few days and lets coordinate next week. :D

I still think genuine rackets are better than the clones. :p
