How to get some strenght and get fitter
Im 13 year old guy and i need to get some more strenght and stamina I weight 65 kg and im tall 167 cm i train quite a lot ->Monday to Friday each day 20 mins , on Tuesday 3 hrs of badminton with keith turnbull and on friday 1 hr with keith
What should i do ?
BTW Keith Turnbull is the best Scottish player in Doubles
