How to train using a Training Racket
How can we train using a training racket? Do we just use it for few mins then back to normal rackets or thru out the game we just keep using the training racket?

We have used training rackets with our sponsored players and found the best
results were when used in repetition drills during normal practice and also used to play
normal games...use for minimum of 2 weeks for all training and play... If soreness develops then its working and no worry....but if pain develop then stop...!!!! If you have any Joint pain you must stop using it....
Use the 150 gram racket as the lighter ones are not much use to develop new muscle...
The lighter ones are fine for playing games and will improve your game power in all shots...
If you want to improve upper arm strength you can remove the end cap and put in lead in the wood grip...this adds weight to the whole racket but makes the head lite and easier to move....but it improves the large muscles used to move the racket...
The small muscles used in different shots are improved by playing with the racket during games...
After 2 weeks you should go back to your normal racket for play and only use the trainer for repetition drills...use it according to how you feel and how much you want to gain in power after the initial 2 week period....
