googlemaps says take Grandville and it will take 20mins... in reality? i remember going anywhere takes quite long as there are thousands of traffic lights on the way...

Hi Kwun

Give yourself about 35 mins.

You're on Beatty St. Head south till you get to Nelson (a t-junction). Turn left on Nelson and it will take you across the Cambie St. Bridge. Head south on Cambie till you get to 41st. Turn right (heading west) on 41st till you get to Oak St (one major block). Turn left (heading south) on Oak and cross the Oak St. Bridge into Richmond. Take the first exit right off the bridge. Keep to the left. Turn left at Garden City (first major intersection).

At this point you should be less than 5 mins from RichmondPro. Then follow the instructions on the website for directions to RichmondPro
