Hey guys, okay, my hands sweat ALOT, so i was thinking, would it be smart if i put a towel grip over a dry grap? To add to the sweat absorbing powers?

I don't think the subject of overlapping a towel grip on top of a dry-type (the opposite of tacky) grap has ever been discussed or thought of before....

Otherwise in terms of physics I would worry about the dry grap at the bottom not getting enough ventilation to sufficiently dry because of the humid towel grip on top of it. The very slight increase in sweat absorption of the dry grap may not be that significant such that it beats the habit of using another towel to wipe the towel grip as it gets wet.

My towelgrips all have a plastic sticky-tape on the bottom, I doubt your drygrap will even get wet. When my towelgrip is completely soaked and I pull it off, the wood underneath is still perfectly dry.

I've never got the appeal of towel grips. My hand does sweat but i find that towel grips just cause problems, they feel rough and even worst with the sweat.

You might want try some grip powder. I find that they provide additional grip and also helps dry the grip somewhat. I also use a wrist band to keep sweat from arm away from the hand.
