    Hi,

Which is better to wear in order to prevent Tennis elbow injury? I heard that Tennis Elbow Protector is only to relief the pain of the elbow?

If you want to prevent tennis elbow how bout you get a coach and get some lessons on your stroke posture that is the best way to prevent and avoid tennis elbow because i currently know someone who has tennis elbow because of incorrect stroke movement

The correct technique is important. Use more wrist work. Again, please don't play tennis. I got a feeling you are thinking of tennis while playing badminton. lol ;)

I always see young teens being taught by their mother and father and i just *sigh* in my mind. If you are going to learn then learn it off someone who can play
