    Post add on

1)try not to get tension up/pressure while playing EVEN when your losing

2)to train for a backhand keep twisting ur wrist back and forth while taking a racquet

2.1)keep traning backhand against a wall

3)After hitting a shuttle which is nearly out, get back to the middle in a ready stance(there's no time to waste )

4)aim for opponent racquet hand or towards him which make him startled

5)NEVER do a backhand smash if you did not master backhand & smashing techniques

    diamond?

Tour, you try one hand first. Before telling others to do it. If you can't play badminton anymore cuz of an injured hand..... don't blame me. Blame yourself.

Well, in order to play good, you need to be good at the main stuff before weights actually start benefitting you so it'd be useless to start doing weights before you can even smash the bird correctly etc I think I'm doing perfectly fine and I don't do weights.
