hello I'm a new member on this forum. I've played on and off over 20 years. Getting older and feeling it in the joints. Looking through the forums i saw some injury posts. Lol i'll be looking through that one a lot. At any rate, i hope this forum proves to be fun and informative.

Welcome.. ..to BCDF, shallow!..Hope you'll get whatever infos you need to get in that section. If not then many in there would suggest you to seek your doctor/physicians advice for a better prognosis.. Anyway, visit us often!
so far so good. i've gotten plenty of responses. this is a good sign that this forum isn't dead. lol. i'm getting the feeling there are more members outside of "Canada East" section. i tried to gather a group of ppl around my area but they don't seem interested. oh well, all in all i've read and learned a lot. gonna keep looking around guys. thanks for the responses guys.
