Default DJARUM INDONESIA SUPER SERIES 2010 - QF Day June 25

Hi buddies, I hope today we don't get confusion with the threads I did my best with the headline
What's gonna happen today? First of all - good luck to uncle Wong! Man, it is amazing what he's doing, that fighting spirit is the best we can get, that's what we love to watch! Just keep on doing that!
That takes to the real topic of today - I really hope that the rumors regarding Taufik's statement in front of the up coming the match vs. Simon are just a rumor. It would be the worst thing for badminton if INA players start setting up matches (and to give away or gift it, however you call it - it's all the same). That's something we have complained many times when it was apparently (or even confirmed) done by others- ok, everybody knows it, no reason to start discussing again- - so please Taufik prove us wrong!
As long as everybody follows sports spirit good luck to all players!

I just read the article..basically it is the interpretation of reporter..
In the interview..Taufik said that he lost to Simon in HKG Open and it is time for Simon to step up..
FYI, Wong Wing Ki had trained at Djarum for few months ( been told)...His parent is a good friend of Tong Sin Fu and asked Djarum club to train him....He played well and spectators asked TH not to play rubber as They wanted to go home to watch WORLD CUP

    my predictions:
    MS
    Uncle Wong VS SDK
should be easy win for Sony, hoped Uncle Wong can give some fight
    LCW VS Tago
LCW should take it....Tago is not consistent recently...can he find his old form before meeting LCW??
Sho Sasaki Vs NTM- 50/50....NTM is not performing well recently while Sasaki can be spoiler here
Simon Vs...??? simon is so lucky...

Nice to see some Indonesian New Comers can advance to QF
as far as I know, Indonesia now is prepare some new young players, in WS they are LindaWeni Fanetri, Febby Angguni, and Ana Rovita,
    especially for Ana Rovita,
some Badminton Forumers in indonesia are now talking about her, and her previous performance in junior tournaments,
for skill she is same with Maria Kristin but (from info that I get from my friends that ever see her playing) she make too many unforced errors and her stamina is weak, so usually lost in rubber game,
but yesterday she can prove that she win over Fu Mingtian in rubber game,
hopefully she can play good today

Her stamina is not bad...Fu played Ana's game...Luan Jin was not happy at all and Fu could not chase the shutlles..she ran out the gas...Ana's dropshot was amazing...

Im laughing when WCH say 'im ready to lost,no reason for sony lost in here'

    Mky vs Ana
Ana so promising still 19,she beat Chen Jiayuan,Fu mingtian,And taipei.
but i think MKY will show her class here.

Djarum have Ana rovita and Feby Anguni ,both 19.Hope Djarum dont let them to Pelatnas.
They must still in Djarum for a few years again.

Ana also beat Ratchanok last year, bright future for ina ws.

Why are u so sure with your predicition. I think Meiliana/Greysia lost to KOR pair last week in Singapore SS. Also Nova/Lilyana 100% beat Sudket/Saralee. Come on, please be realistic..

hehehhe chemile, take it easy, just ignore what she post, she always made some junk post n thread even in other badminton forum, (she make us stupid if we are not ignoring her junk post)

but let me make some prediction for MS and WS:

Choong Hann WONG - Sony KUNCORO
Chong Wei LEE - Kenichi TAGO
Sho SASAKI - Tien Minh NGUYEN 50-50 but maybe Sho Sasaki will win
Simon SANTOSO - Taufik Hidayat (still not sure with taufik statement but Simon Santoso playing well since Thomas cup)
    ................
    Saina NEHWAL -Ella DIEHL
the rest 50-50 all have on same level
    Eriko HIROSE - Jie YAO
Pui Yin YIP - Sayaka SATO
    MKY-Ana Rovita

FYI, Wong Wing Ki had trained at Djarum for few months ( been told)...His parent is a good friend of Tong Sin Fu and asked Djarum club to train him....He played well and spectators asked TH not to play rubber as They wanted to go home to watch WORLD CUP
I was also surprised to see the score stopped in the rubber and wondered what happened. Wong WK has been playing very well and now this explains the reason. But the reason that spectators requested TH not to continue with the rubber because they want to watch the World Cup must be unacceptable and I wonder whether the umpire and the referee actually allowed it.

    Can somebody please explain further?

I don't think Ana Rovita's stamina is bad, some people have wrong opinion abt her after Sirnas Bandung event when she retired in 3rd set against Febby Angguni.
The Bandung Sirnas Schedule was crazy, Semi Final & Final played a day with less one hour different. Some players finished the SF on 11 or 12 am and played in Final on 1 pm

    Tournamentsoftware had few problems yesterday....
About World Cup..it was a joke...haha..they asked TH to play faster (3rd set) so they could go home to watch World Cup
