Good or Bad? I always found standing and moving around by using my balls of the feet faster although sometimes it is difficult to balance. But it is definitely for me, the best way to maneuver around the court at high speeds than using the whole feet downwards just like in walking. Cheeers!
This is what u r supposed to be doing anyway. If you are flat footed, you will be caught sleeping and be too slow on court. We shud always been bouncing on the balls of our feet
