Like... should I cock my wrist the whole process and then uncock when it meets the shuttle... etc etc. Like pronation and stuff... I don't understand that, like when do we do it, like the exact moment, and how to. I know you do it like you're opening a door <-- that way... so do you do it like that when smashing? The same movement, except behind your head? Please give me tips, my smash is soooooo weak....
