A friend of mine has asked me to advice him of a racket, I have been to see him play and his game is as follows:

    Singles,
    Net/Drop Shot player,
    Lacks Power from arm,
    Attempts precision game.

    Budget is £15 - £25 (small I know, I didn't set it!)

I was thinking of advising the Wilson n400, but other ideas would be welcome?

At that price, one of the Apacs range, maybe ? Should be medium balanced racket, if possible.

OK APACS? Any specific models at all? Any views on the n400?

APACS are good value rackets. Look at apacs-sports.co.uk. They have a couple of 'clearance' rackets that may be suitable. For a bit more money, the Nanopower 900 is a very good value racket.

Don't know the Wilson racket. But, generally not a fan of Wilson rackets - especially their low-end stuff.

I am a big fan of Wilson, seriously under rated if you ask me, more people should try them with an open mind, the difference can be startling...
