KKK wearing earings doesnt effect his performance, he already wear earing before he won the AG, AE. My main pt (as was some other non Msian members) wear or not wear earing does not effect their performance, the non earing wearing ones also results not good.
If you feel that way, then problem, Goh Wei Shem & another one or two MD also wear earing, lol.

i wonder who bashed you way back..lol
actually this is important it just show their mindset.
if we take a look psychologically these guys doesn't have full confidence in themselves yet,
that's why they want to follow their idols or some trend....
why can't they be themselves and make themselves for others to follow?

in psychology
not all of them are lack of confident
some might feeling good about themself and try to express in public on how well they are
in psychology there is no =
one plus one doesn't 100% equal to 2
hence wearing earring doesn't = lack of confident

The above 2 posts shows one understand what I wanna say and another doesn't catch the ball at all....or pretend not to understand. While another redundant comment, I will treat as ignore..
If pbm love to read further pls check the National GP thread. I rest my case on this issue.

of course wearing earrings doesn't effect their performance
unless they are wearing a dumb bell!
you mentioned feeling good expression,
exactly what i mean
if they are feeling good about themselves,
express it to their trainers and country by displaying their skills and trash their opponents.
these players are supposed to concentrate and focus on winning
not just training like the back up anymore.
i see these two players have potential
huge potential, otherwise tkh would not bet on them
but they must know how to give 100% commitment
including giving up socializing etc etc
just be themselves, they are who they are.

I agree with danielwong that they should not wear earrings but for me it's purely for maintaining discipline in the squad, like how boys are not allowed to wear them in school,
nothing to do with performance. But Daniel wants to rest it, well, let's not talk about it any longer.
But I definitely agree with you that it does not mean lack of discipline, but in school if the top male student wears earrings it does not mean that he doesn't want to study, but it is still not allowed.

If have no proof to prove whether Mak/Tan try hard or not and I won't goreng this issue. Of coz I don't need to mention the ring issue again as mentioned. But just see their results so far and see how good they are.

Kim Her takes blame for poor show
A VISIBLY disappointed national back-up squad doubles coach Tan Kim Her has taken responsibility for the toothless defeats of Mak Hee Chun-Tan Wee Kiong.
And he has vowed to turn the young pair into gutsy fighters.
On Tuesday, the duo hardly gave a fight in the 17-21, 6-21 defeat by Japanese Endo Hiroyuki-Kenichi Hayakawa in the opening round.
Kim Her admitted that he had over-rated his players.
“I am very disappointed with Mak and Tan. They did not fight all the way. They gave up too easily,” said Kim Her.
“It was their first Asian Games and, to me, it was not so much about winning or losing but it was all about the spirit and determinatino to fight until the end.
“They have to realise that the hopes of the whole nation were on them.
“I thought they were ready for the big stage but, in reality, a lot more work is needed to develop them. I will give a report on their below-par performances to the BAM (Badminton Association of Malaysia) and I am ready to take the rap for it.”
