Tampines is just 1 stop away from Pasir Ris on the MRT. You could visit Flymax at Tampines Sport Hall or Sintec Telepark opposite Tampines Sport Hall.

Just went to the new shop today. Its called Play Gear Pte Ltd. Met the boss, Derrick, great guy and helpful too. Had a long chat wif him and got some useful tips too. Also learn alot abt Li Ning but I still can't understand why anyone will want to buy a N90II (price is really high). For all who are interested in getting a Li Ning racket or gear, Play Gear is a fantastic play to go. Price wise, I am sure if you ask Derrick nicely, he'll try his best to give a good price.

Thanx Derrick for the great tip on reverse grip wrapping!
    Edwin

P.S. I am itching to try out a Flame F360 now!

Haha... if you are already in Tampines, why not drop by Play Gear @ Tampines Safra for Li Ning or Karson!

just chat with Derrick , he say he is going to open setup a chit chat corner for ppls to sit down to discuss about badminton.
i learn quite a few pointer from him too. ( me quite a noob).
He can recommend diff racket to diff level of skill players.very knowledgeable.
explain to me why lining is so ex.
also discuss why n90 II is so ex....but not for beginner.

shop usually close 8 plus , but flexible due to customer visit and badminton racket stringing service for those playing there.

    n90II is 500.

Hey Wee Yeh, thanx for the PP10K u sold me, learn alot with it.

I was talking to Derrick at Players Gear n he is knowledgeable on both rackets n strings. He only sells Li Ning and Apacs strings currently. But I think I'll just bite the bullet n try stringing the Accupower 62 there.

Let me know if have already strung yr racket there.
    Thanx!
    Edwin

    Edwin,

Glad to hear you are enjoying the PP10k. It's a great racket I still miss sometimes. Gotta get you to try the ZELM Ultimate one day. :p

All rackets are strung at the moment.. I just wanted to know because it's likely my sunday group may move to Tampines SAFRA with the closure of TPY SAFRA. Will be nice to have my stringing done there as well. :)
