Just wondering if it is a good idea to do this? Although high tensions is bad for a racket and don't last long. i prefer having thin string cos its got a better feel than say 65ti's. So far i find that BG68ti's is the best for me as they hold their tension good and last long with enough feel on the racket. Any suggestions and feedback on thin strings with high tensions.

Yeah i've been using bg68-ti at 27/28lbs, and i've found that it's pretty good while it lasts. I tend to find I break a string (almost always the longest main) about every 4 weeks playing with that setup.

Currently due to an error from my stringer i've got bg65 in my match rackets at 28 - that's lasted about 3 weeks now with no breakages, and seems to have held the tension about as well as the bg68-ti...

I think basically if you go for thin and high tensions, and you smash occasionally (!) then you can look forward to getting to know your stringer quite well. I'm on first name terms with mine...
