Tantowi/lilyana will start their debute in Macau open, and should be meet olympic champion in Qf.. Tantowi/gresya split because wd coach will focused Gresya to WD..coz next year they will get as much point for olympic Qualification.. will tantowi/lilyana break the world?
What r u talking?haha.. just wait and see Actually this is their first tourn and beat runner up canda gp chen/cheng.. Haha
Lilyana Natsir is always successful if paired anyone in xd, b'cause she is a great playmaker. With Nova, they have won some SS titles, OG Silver, and WC for twice,,, With Devin, they won Mlysia GPG.. and with Towi, I hope they will be the winner in Macau...
Unfrtnately, they have to meet their compatriot, but, it's necssry, because INA places 3 pairs in SF...yesss! So, there have to be one match of all INA...!
Lets see their match today against another pelatnas XD.. devin/lilyana not bad ,they crowned mas gpg title last 3 week beating sudket/saralee in final..
Yes, they showed so much potential......if they win this Macau Open....... Then who shd Butet pair with....Devin or Tantowi ??
From what I watched in the past 2 days, Tantowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir will be a very prospective pairing for INA in preparation for the Olympics 2012. Tantowi has great smashes and he dares to take the initiative to the opponents. In today's match, Fran Kurniawan/Pia Bernadet Zebadiah were simply outplayed by their counterparts! Liliyana Natsir also played extremely well in the past 2 days, especially today when she prevented Pia from executing her trademark "difficult" balls (which had troubled Songphon/Kunchala so many times yesterday night). After the match, Liliyana commented to Yanti Kusmiaty (the XD coach) that she was lucky to have restricted Pia today...that's simply because they know each other's style's too well! Fran also looked frustrated as he and Pia were trailing by many pts for both-sets! Nevertheless, these 2 pairs should be INA's hope in the Olympics and quite a preview match for INA fans today!
hey guys i mean they didn't meet olympic champion in quaterfinal... u should look properly before comment XD
..still need to prove their worth in their upcoming higher level tourneys>>be consistent...one success in a GP type tourney doesn't translate much..
Tantowi should be a good replacement for Nova widianto btw, anyone knows if NW 'officially' retire already?
