im a huge fan of victor. i'd suggest u to get used racket if you can, because they are cheaper and racket quality is as good as new ones. badmintononlineshop.com is selling most new victor rackets like bs 09, 10, 11, spira21. I think the price is reasonable, and they ship to Singapore too. THey also offer free shipping if you order more than 1 racket, so find a friend whos interested with victor racket, so u can save shipping fee.
