Anyone experienced backache before

    After 1 1/2 hour game, my back feel pain till now.

    I did my warmup before i started playing. So i believe got nothing to do with my backache.

    Izzit because i jump to much or is my jump technique is wrong (jump with stiff body)??:confused:

    Anyone with experience or any advice welcome..
