What do you guys drink while playing?

    What do YOU guys drink while training

    Me

    Mostly water (sometimes flavoured), rarely Gatorade, Occasionally Pocari Sweat

    At practice, just water.

    At tournaments, I'll drink water, then a few sips of Gatorade/Propel, and then a few more sips of water at the intervals and in-between sets. If I don't drink water after drinking a sweet drink, the taste lingers in my mouth and is distracting while I play.

    Gator aid, or something with electrolytes with water. Gotta have a balance of water and sodium in the body, otherwise too much of one you'll just urinate it out anyways. Nothing happens. You need both for muscle performance and recovery. If you want more in depth look up how muscle fibers work and kidney functions. Kidney functions? Yes, kidney functions is the source distributor.
