Hey What do YOU guys drink while training Me Mostly water (sometimes flavoured), rarely Gatorade, Occasionally Pocari Sweat
At practice, just water. At tournaments, I'll drink water, then a few sips of Gatorade/Propel, and then a few more sips of water at the intervals and in-between sets. If I don't drink water after drinking a sweet drink, the taste lingers in my mouth and is distracting while I play.
Gator aid, or something with electrolytes with water. Gotta have a balance of water and sodium in the body, otherwise too much of one you'll just urinate it out anyways. Nothing happens.
