I am weak at backhands. Are that such things like backhand smash ?? When u use backhand, u use ur arm or wrist??? I always use my wrist and does not apply any armstrength. Is there any ways or drills to improve???

You damn straight there is a backhand smash. I remember one of my friends telling me that this dude one time was at James Logan HS who was really bad ass. He said that his backhand smash was better than my friend's forehand smash. Damn! Also, to improve, just practice one time just using backhand....nothing BUT backhand.

I can occasionally do the backhand smash but only sometimes....... try using light weights to train the wrists.....

For what i think is that backhand is more powerful than forehand if use wisely.
I have this badminton book but in there, they do not have backhand drill.
do anyone noe if anysite that teaches Backhand and its smash ??? Besides using more backhand and weights, is there anyother ways to master backhand and the smash ???

It isn't hard, just takes a lot of practise and discipline. which is what every sport is abt.
