    Hi guys,

I recently bought a SOTX True Colour TL200 on 21st August this year and only played with it 3 times, last night I smashed but mishit and the shuttle hit the side frame, the frame is now bent, what I'm asking is I've never done this to a racket before, is this the quality I'm to expect from a smaller brand? I've emailed the supplier www.sotxsports.co.uk and am currently awaiting a reply to see if it can be replaced but I don't know what to expect as it was my fault that I mishit but surely it can't break this easily??

Just wanted to know your opinion,

    Thanks

Just had a reply from sotxsports.co.uk and they have forwarded my mail (with pics) to Sotx HO, they are to issue the replacement asap! Now that is how it's done.

Glad to hear, a happy ending:D

Usually in a batch of 100 rackets, a couple of them will be defected, if/when the racket breaks, usually the manufacturer will offer a replacement.

SOTX are a good brand, don't be put off. :D
