I injured my left hip 2 years ago and it never healed properly. After coming back to this sport this year, I injured my other hip. Mostly because of too little warmup and I'm trying to play as if I was still 20. Doctors can't seem to do much for me and after weeks of rest and daily stretching, both my hips hurt but the right hip hurts a lot more now. I'm thinking of getting a hip brace to limit its movement and maybe play some easy games. Any thoughts? I already have longterm injuries that dont affect my play too much, ie dodgy wrist/shoulder/ankle through years of badminton abuse
